Lena’s path
A clinical foundation with a wellness vision.
Lena began her nursing career in 2004 at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital as a neonatal nurse and later worked in women’s health, labor, and delivery. She completed her advanced practice nursing degree at Western Kentucky University in 2012, focused on family health and wellness.
She has also served as a part-time clinical nursing instructor at WKU for more than 14 years. Her advanced training in medical weight management and facial aesthetics led to the founding of Select Health in 2020.
