Meet Lena Gokey.

A Clinical Foundation with a Whole-Person Wellness Vision

Lena began her nursing career in 2004 at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital, caring for newborns as a neonatal nurse. Her passion for women’s health later led her to labor and delivery, where she supported mothers through one of the most important transitions in their lives.

She earned her advanced practice nursing degree from Western Kentucky University in 2012, with a focus on family health and wellness. Alongside her clinical practice, she has served as a part-time clinical nursing instructor at WKU for more than 15 years, sharing her knowledge and experience with future generations of nurses.

In 2019, Lena completed advanced training in medical weight management and facial aesthetics through the International Association of Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine. Her continued passion for helping patients feel their best led her to expand her expertise in hormone optimization, recognizing the important role hormones play in energy, metabolism, overall health, and quality of life.

She founded Select Health LLC in May 2020 with a vision of bringing personalized medical care, hormone optimization, medical weight management, aesthetics, and IV hydration therapy together under one roof.

Today, Lena continues to focus on a whole-person approach to wellness, combining clinical expertise with individualized care to help patients improve their health, restore balance, build confidence, and live their best lives.
