Weight Management Consultation
$69 for a 45–60 minute consultation with a Certified Nurse Practitioner. Includes an InBody body composition analysis.

Before your visit
To start weight-loss medication, you must have labs from within the past 90 days. You may bring your labs to your visit. If you do not have recent labs, they can be drawn at your visit for an additional fee.
